Concert marking 50 years of Luís Represas's career, on 10 April 2027 at the Coliseu dos Recreios, revisiting songs from his solo work and his time with Trovante.

Full details

ProducerFlávio Miguel Patacas Serpa Unipessoal LdaSynopsisThe concerts marking the 50 years of Luís Represas' career were scheduled, and they will indeed take place. On April 10, 2027, at the Coliseu dos Recreios, drawing on the songs under his own name and those he shared with Trovante. Because, his friends understood, the close ones, the accomplices of the journey or parts of it, the partners and those who discovered in Luís Represas a source of inspiration, that these shows do not lose meaning or scope, on the contrary: the musical map remains the same, the visits will be guided by those who insist on taking up the baton and, thus, respecting the purpose of these nights in two magical and remarkable venues. Thus, a wish and a principle repeated many times in recent weeks are fulfilled: not to let a singular work, which changed and shaped the paths of Portuguese Music, fall silent, not allowing it to be consigned to oblivion. And that signal will be given on stage, as Luís Represas would like. There are guarantees that can be advanced already. Highlighting the production of these evenings in charge of Flávio Serpa, and the musical direction that will be entrusted to Manuel Faria, present and active in Trovante and in Represas' solo path, with the support of Carlos Garcia, central in the singer's most recent times, and of Miguel Nuñez, the Cuban pianist who also walked side by side with Luís several times. As for the musicians (knowing already that the members of Trovante will not miss the call), as well as the band that currently played with Represas and the voices called to this unique challenge. The cast will be revealed soon, because it needs to maintain the criterion of integrity and the standard of exigency that Luís Represas has always personified.Everyone will certainly be more committed to doing justice and giving shine to the songs that have accompanied us, all of us, for 50 years, much more than in embodying The agendas remain open and alert for when the next April arrives. Without prejudice to the possibility that among the many who had already bought tickets, before July 22, and/or those who acquired them after that, there may be those who can opt for eventual returns and refunds, naturally assured until September 5, 2026. But, above all because of the availability, the interest, the votes of confidence that have been received from many people, from Luís Represas' acquaintances to his faithful anonymous frequenters, that does not seem to be a trend. Which counts, from the outset, from now, as an incentive for these concerts, by Luís and for Luís.Tickets already purchased remain valid. If you wish a refund please contact: until September 5, 2026.Supplementary NotesExpected duration of the event: 1h30min. This duration may be subject to change.Additional InformationEntry is not permitted for children under 3 years old as stipulated in Decree-Law 23/2014, of February 14, in its current wording (art. 26).Show recommended for those over 6 years old. Show original (Portuguese)

Notas Suplementares Duração prevista do evento: 1h30min.
