A relaxed guided tour and workshop on Fernando Pessoa and his heteronyms, with hands-on activities about identity. It is aimed at families and people who benefit from calmer cultural environments, including young children.

Brief Introduction How many am I? Discover Fernando Pessoa's universe in an engaging and calm way. During the guided tour, you will learn stories about Pessoa, his heteronyms, what he left written, and the time in which he lived. A workshop is also proposed, in which participants are invited to do practical activities on the theme of identity. You will be able to reflect on your own life story and identify what distinguishes us and what makes us similar. It is intended for all individuals and families who prefer or benefit from a more relaxed environment in a cultural space, reducing anxiety levels and making the experience more pleasant. This is the case of: • people on the autism spectrum; • people with intellectual disabilities; • people with attention deficit; • people with Down syndrome; • people with Tourette syndrome; • seniors in early stages of dementia; • people with sensory, social or communication disabilities; • families with young children.
