Brief Introduction MOCHI AND DANGO Workshop With Dulam Soros DATES Friday | 20 November HOURS 10.30 to 12.30 TARGET AUDIENCE M/16 years [indicative age] PARTICIPANTS Min. 6, Max. 12 PRICE € 40 [materials included] Discover the art of traditional Japanese sweets in this workshop dedicated to mochi and dango! We will learn to prepare these delicious glutinous rice-based specialities, exploring different mochi variations, from the classics to those filled with bold flavours, as well as the popular dango, in the shape of a skewer of colourful balls. Throughout the workshop, we will learn a little of the history and tradition of these Japanese sweets, as well as the techniques for preparing the dough, shaping and combining fillings and toppings. An excellent opportunity to acquire new culinary skills and recreate these delights at home.
