A new cultural format debuts at Rossio, combining a social gathering, an art exhibition and a stage for emerging artists: original large-scale video art projected onto a roughly 5 × 13 metre blind façade of the hotel next to Rossio Gardens, with curated electronic music. Free to watch from the square; the 10€ ticket (with a welcome drink) gives access to the garden, the full programme and the artists.

Blue Hour is a new cultural format debuting at Rossio, functioning simultaneously as a social gathering, an art exhibition and a stage for emerging artists. The event activates a large blind façade of the hotel adjacent to Rossio Gardens, originally designed for projection and never before used for a cultural programme, transforming it into a living public canvas of approximately 5 × 13 metres, with original large-scale video art and curated electronic music. The projection is visible free of charge to anyone passing through Praça do Rossio; the ticket gives access to the inside of the garden, the full programme, a high-fidelity sound system and direct contact with the artists. Location: Rossio Gardens, Praça do Rossio (Largo do Duque de Cadaval). 23 July, 20 August, 17 September and 15 October, from 19h to 23h. 10 € - Includes a welcome drink. open air electronic music video.
