We will learn to prepare these delicious glutinous rice-based specialities, exploring different mochi variations, from the classics to those filled with bold flavours, as well as the popular dango, in the shape of a skewer of colourful balls. Throughout the workshop, we will learn a little of the history and tradition of these Japanese sweets, as well as the techniques for preparing the dough, shaping and combining fillings and toppings. An excellent opportunity to acquire new culinary skills and recreate these delights at home. NOTE: Dietary restrictions must be communicated in advance In case of withdrawal: A full refund of the registration fee will be given when the withdrawal is communicated up to 8 working days before the activity. Vamos aprender a preparar estas deliciosas especialidades à base de arroz glutinoso, explorando diferentes variações de mochi , dos clássicos aos recheados com sabores arrojados , e também o popular dango , em forma de espeto de bolinhas coloridas. Ao longo da oficina, vamos conhecer um pouco da história e tradição destes doces japones, bem como aprender as técnicas de preparação da massa, moldagem e combinação de recheios e coberturas. Uma excelente oportunidade para adquirir novas competências culinárias e recriar estas delícias em casa.
