Synopsis Habitar seeks to understand the reasons and solutions for the most urgent issue currently facing Portuguese society. This is a documentary theatre piece that aims to portray the housing problem in Portugal and Europe, following the stories of real people, such as people living in tents because they cannot afford rent, elderly people evicted from the home they lived in for 30 years, families unable to rent an apartment, people sharing a house with 30 others, housing market experts, real estate agents and housing activists.
