Following the success of the 2025 edition, the Museu de São Roque dedicates 2026 to activities around the public's choices from the Treasury of the Chapel of São João Batista. In October, sessions on the Reliquary of São Gregório Taumaturgo (13/10) and the Books of the Chapel of São João Batista (20/10), at 15h, with free participation and prior booking.

During May 2025, the Museu de São Roque promoted the initiative A Obra Eleita, a participatory action that invited the public to choose their favourite work from a selection of 20 iconic pieces from the Treasury of the Chapel of São João Batista, with great enthusiasm and involvement from visitors. Recognising the importance and success of this election, the Museum dedicates 2026 to carrying out activities that highlight this and other choices from the Treasury of the Chapel of São João Batista. The next edition will be dedicated to the relics of the São Roque Collection, inviting the public to discover, appreciate and choose the piece that moves and represents them most.
