Julia Jacklin is recognized worldwide as one of the most striking voices on the current indie scene, thanks to her lyrical sensitivity and an artistic proposal marked by emotional honesty and a truly unique way of turning personal and vulnerable experiences into deep, emotionally charged songs. Since the release of Don’t Let The Kids Win in 2016, the singer has built a career admired both by critics and an increasingly loyal global audience. With Crushing (2019), Julia Jacklin took a decisive step in her artistic evolution, presenting an album internationally acclaimed for its emotional depth and ability to address themes such as personal relationships, independence, and vulnerability with rare sensitivity.
