Filipe is a young man full of dreams that seem impossible to him, but are perfectly normal to the grandmother who understands him entirely, and completely absurd to the father who mistreats and insults him, seeming to have not a shred of love. In a family full of secrets, it is Filipe's passion for the theatre and specifically his identification with Nina, the celebrated character from Chekhov's The Seagull, that triggers all the conflicts, all the revelations, all the hidden feelings...
