On an emblematic bench in Ponta Delgada, where the poet Antero de Quental ended his life, two marginalised brothers await a future that never arrives. Between the memory of a man who dreamed of a fairer society and the reality of today's excluded, the play confronts us with themes such as family, abandonment, poverty, dependence and hope. A poetic and social portrait of those left on the margins, questioning what to do with those society lets fall.
