The workshop consists of nine theoretical-practical sessions devoted to character construction. Different character-building techniques are experimented with while reading authors such as Ítalo Calvino, Flannery O'Connor and Hebe Uhart, who challenge participants to reflect on writing. The programme also includes a field trip. In the second part of the course, each participant chooses one of the characters they have been building to develop a series of short narrative texts. A oficina consiste em nove sessões teórico-práticas dedicadas à construção de personagens. Experimentam-se diferentes técnicas de construção de personagens enquanto se leem autores como Ítalo Calvino, Flannery O’Connor e Hebe Uhart, que desafiam a refletir sobre a escrita. O programa inclui também uma saída de campo. Na segunda parte do percurso, cada participante escolhe uma das personagens que foi construindo para desenvolver uma série de textos de narrativa curta.
