Brighton duo Blood Red Shoes return to Lisbon on 30 September at Républica da Musica on their 2026 European tour — the first time audiences anywhere in the world will hear their new material live, including 'Screams', their first new song in four years.

Blood Red Shoes are back, and Portugal gets them first. The Brighton duo of Laura-Mary Carter and Steven Ansell have spent more than two decades building one of the most intense live experiences in rock. Just the two of them. No backing tracks, no safety net. They exchange a glance and the room explodes. They return to Lisbon on 30 September at Républica da Musica on their 2026 European tour — the first time audiences anywhere in the world will hear the new material live. Blood Red Shoes are back with 'Screams', the first new song in four years, written and recorded by themselves, in their own studio, with no one else involved. Raw, loud, and completely theirs.
