Kate Zubok leads Techno Yoga at TEJÁ House in Cais do Sodré every Wednesday — a fusion of breathwork, yoga and conscious movement set to Berlin minimal techno. No experience needed; just arrive a little early.

Full details

Yoga that moves at the pace of a set. Techno Yoga is a fusion of breathwork, yoga, conscious movement and dancing to Berlin minimal techno, designed to awaken your energy flow, quiet the mind and open up your heart. Kate Zubok guides the practice and the music carries it: breath, movement, and a sound journey that builds and then lands. Led by Kate Zubok, an international DJ, music producer, free diver and yogi who combined her three passions in one immersive practice. No experience needed. Come as you are, and arrive a little early so the room is settled when it starts. Every Wednesday at TEJÁ House, right on the riverside in Cais do Sodré.
