Article 10
Spectators
1 - During the performance, exhibition or execution of shows, spectators must remain in their places so as not to disturb the artists and the public.
2 - Whenever a spectator disturbs the show, they must be obliged to leave the venue, without the right to a refund.
3 - In venues for artistic shows, spectators may not enter with animals or objects liable to disturb the performance or the public.
4 - Excepted from the above is the accompaniment of assistance dogs, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 74/2007 of March 27, or other similar situations legally provided for.
5 - During the performance or execution of opera, dance, classical music, theatre and other recitations or recitals, entry is only allowed to boxes or balconies.
6 - The provision in the previous number extends to any type of show by decision of the respective promoter, upon prior notice to the public, at ticket sales locations, at show venues, at agencies or sales outlets and on electronic ticket sales platforms operated by companies established in national territory.

Artigo 10.º
Espectadores
1 - Durante a representação, exibição ou execução de espetáculos, os espectadores devem manter-se nos seus lugares para não perturbarem os artistas e o público.
2 - Sempre que um espectador perturbar a realização do espetáculo deve ser obrigado a sair do recinto, sem direito a reembolso.
3 - Nos recintos de espetáculos de natureza artística os espectadores não podem entrar com animais ou objetos suscetíveis de perturbar a realização do espetáculo ou o público.
4 - Excetua-se do disposto no número anterior o acompanhamento de cães de assistência, nos termos do Decreto-Lei n.º 74/2007, de 27 de março, ou outras situações similares legalmente previstas.
5 - Durante a representação ou execução de espetáculos de ópera, de dança, de música erudita, teatro e outras declamações ou recitações, só é permitida a entrada para frisas ou camarotes.
6 - O disposto no número anterior é extensivo a qualquer tipo de espetáculo por decisão do respetivo promotor, mediante aviso prévio ao público, nos locais de venda de bilhetes, nos recintos de espetáculos, em agências ou postos de venda e nas plataformas de venda eletrónica de bilhetes exploradas por empresas estabelecidas em território nacional.
