A relaxed guided tour and workshop on Fernando Pessoa and his heteronyms, with hands-on activities about identity. It is aimed at families and people who benefit from calmer cultural environments, including young children.

Brief Introduction How many am I? Discover Fernando Pessoa's universe in an engaging and calm way. During the guided tour, you will learn stories about Pessoa, his heteronyms, what he left written, and the time in which he lived. A workshop is also proposed, in which participants are invited to do practical activities on the theme of identity. You will be able to reflect on your own life story and identify what distinguishes us and what makes us similar. It is intended for all individuals and families who prefer or benefit from a more relaxed environment in a cultural space, reducing anxiety levels and making the experience more pleasant. This is the case of: • people on the autism spectrum; • people with intellectual disabilities; • people with attention deficit; • people with Down syndrome; • people with Tourette syndrome; • seniors in early stages of dementia; • people with sensory, social or communication disabilities; • families with young children. Breve Introdução Quantos sou? Descubra o universo de Fernando Pessoa de forma envolvente e tranquila. Durante a visita orientada, vai conhecer histórias sobre Pessoa, sobre os seus heterónimos, sobre o que deixou escrito e sobre o tempo em que viveu. É proposta ainda uma oficina, em que as pessoas participantes são convidadas a fazer atividades práticas sobre o tema da identidade. Poderá refletir sobre a sua própria história de vida e identificar o que nos distingue e o que nos assemelha. Destina-se a todos os indivíduos e famílias que preferem ou beneficiam de um ambiente mais descontraído num espaço cultural, reduzindo os níveis de ansiedade e tornando a experiência mais agradável. É o caso de: • pessoas no espectro do autismo; • pessoas com deficiência intelectual; • pessoas com défice de atenção; • pessoas com síndrome de Down; • pessoas com síndrome de Tourette; • seniores em estados iniciais de demência; • pessoas com deficiências sensoriais, sociais ou de comunicação; • famílias com crianças pequenas.
