Brief Introduction NATURE, CONSCIOUSNESS, HARMONY 10am to 1pm Ages 12 and up In this workshop we will address the beauty and skincare ritual in Japan, which aims to achieve perfect skin: soft, luminous, and healthy skin. Through an immersion in the Beauty Ritual in Japan, we will understand the principles and philosophy of care and the steps of the Ritual (including the mechanisms and needs of the skin and the objectives, ingredients, and application methods). In the second part of the session, we will feel and explore a set of natural and iconic ingredients of the Japanese Beauty Ritual, such as kome (rice), azuki (azuki beans), jikou (kaolin), Tsubaki (camellia oil), and Yuzu (Japanese lemon), and each participant will create two personalized care products (a cleansing product and a nourishing product), according to their skin condition, which they will take home. This journey into the Japanese Natural Beauty Ritual offers a clear understanding of the importance of natural and conscious beauty, the basic needs and behaviors of care, and a discovery of the unique and incredible properties that the plant universe offers us. In case of cancellation: A full refund of the registration fee will be made if cancellation is communicated up to 8 business days before the activity. Breve Introdução NATUREZA, COSNCIÊNCIA, HARMONIA 10h às 13h Maiores de 12 anos Neste workshop vamos abordar o ritual de beleza e de cuidado da pele no Japão, o qual tem como objectivo conquistar uma pele perfeita: uma pele macia, luminosa e saudável. Através de uma imersão no Ritual de Beleza no Japão, vamos compreender os princípios e a filosofia do cuidado e os passos do Ritual (incluindo os mecanismos e as necessidades da pele e os objectivos, ingredientes e formas de aplicação). Na segunda parte da sessão vamos sentir e explorar um conjunto de ingredientes naturais e icónicos do Ritual de Beleza Japonesa, como o kome (Arroz), o azuki (feijão Azuki), o jikou (Caulino) o Tsubaki (òleo de Camélia) e o Yuzu (Limão japonês) e cada participante vai elaborar dois produtos de cuidado (um produto de limpeza e um produto de nutrição), personalizados e de acordo com a condição da sua pele, os quais levará consigo. Esta viagem ao Ritual de Beleza Natural japonesa oferece uma compreensão clara sobre a importância da beleza natural e consciente, as necessidades e comportamentos básicos de cuidado e uma descoberta das propriedades únicas e incríveis que o universo das plantas nos oferece.
