The international festival Big Bang returns to Lisbon with a labyrinth of musical adventures — multidisciplinary performances, interactive installations and workshops — with 2 October dedicated to schools and 3 October to families.

For curious ears and adventurous spirits, Big Bang is back! More than a music festival, it is a territory of discovery where children, young people and adults are invited to explore new ways of listening, feeling and taking part. Along a true labyrinth of musical adventures, the audience encounters multidisciplinary performances, interactive installations, music of different styles and formats, and workshops that challenge participants to experiment and create. Between unexpected sounds and experiences that cross different artistic languages, Big Bang turns music into a journey open to curiosity and imagination, bringing audiences of different ages closer to unconventional sound universes. An international-scale project, the festival brings together partners from various cities and currently has editions in 20 cities across Europe and the world. In Lisbon, the 2026 edition is split between school and family audiences: 2 October, Friday, dedicated to schools, and 3 October, Saturday, dedicated to families, with activities spread across various spaces and times. Para quem tem ouvidos curiosos e espírito aventureiro, o Big Bang está de regresso! Mais do que um festival de música, é um território de descoberta onde crianças, jovens e adultos são convidados a explorar novas formas de ouvir, sentir e participar. Ao longo de um verdadeiro labirinto de aventuras musicais, o público encontra espetáculos multidisciplinares, instalações interativas, músicas de diferentes estilos e formatos e oficinas que desafiam a experimentar e a criar. Entre sons inesperados e experiências que cruzam diferentes linguagens artísticas, o Big Bang transforma a música numa viagem aberta à curiosidade e à imaginação, aproximando públicos de diferentes idades de universos sonoros pouco convencionais. Projeto de dimensão internacional, o festival reúne parceiros de várias cidades e conta atualmente com edições em 20 cidades da Europa e do mundo. Em Lisboa, a edição de 2026 divide-se entre o público escolar e familiar: 2 de outubro, sexta-feira, dedicado às escolas, e 3 de outubro, sábado, dedicado às famílias, com atividades distribuídas por vários espaços e horários.
