The projections that emanate from it, echoing more structural systems of power and competition, expand the reading possibilities of Bright Horses, but without pretensions or proclamations, again, proportion." Inês Nadais, Público Bright Horses is a piece for six performers, three pairs of twin brothers, which uses internal and family dynamics to critically reflect on competition in today's capitalist society. Bringing real experience to the stage through its cast, three choreographic dialogues develop between brothers who position themselves in territories of dispute, aggression, mourning, farewell and affection, illustrating the complexity of family relationships as microcosms of broader social dynamics.
