These verses were written by Ahmed Fouad Negm in the early 1970s. Today, they are sung by a woman who stands with her back to the horizon. A journey in which personal history is inevitably disturbed by the course of history in Lebanon, and which begins when the very idea of tomorrow suddenly loses all meaning.
