Part of the Sensorial Trails at Estádio da Tapadinha, this immersive 60-minute experience dedicated to taste, in dialogue with Bela Silva's Dança na Relva (2026), brings together the food culture of the stadium and of the surrounding Alcântara neighbourhood through tastings, conversations and walks. It takes place on 13 December 2026 at 10.00 and 11.00, for children aged 6 and up, young people and adults (3€).
Brief Introduction Taste Trail, Splendour on the Grass In dialogue with Dança na Relva (2026), by Bela Silva 13 December 2026 | 10.00, 11.00 | Estádio da Tapadinha Taste is the most social of the senses — one rarely tastes something alone, and food always carries a story of who makes it and where it comes from. This will be a moment of sharing at the table/on the grass, bringing together two identities: that of the stadium (what is eaten before/during/after a match, the informal food culture around football) and that of the surrounding neighbourhood, past and present. Of foods and their movements (individual and communal), triggering and creating memories that build up in our bodies. About the Sensorial Trails at Estádio da Tapadinha The Sensorial Trails invite participants to discover Estádio da Tapadinha through an immersive experience that activates all the senses. New ways of knowing and inhabiting the space are proposed through observation, listening, movement, touch, smell and taste, evoking memories, emotions and new ways of relating to the heritage, works of art, architecture and history of the stadium. This activity includes experiences, conversations and walks, crossing sounds, aromas, tastings and other powerful sensorial activations that may accompany the trail-visit. Designed for different ages and participant profiles, these trails are led by the mediator Simone Longo de Andrade and transform the stadium into a place of discovery and new sensations.
