🎤 Azorean Roots crosses songbook, jazz and improvisation at Cossoul Raízes Açorianas brings to Cossoul a contemporary reading of the archipelago's popular songbook, placing tradition and original creation on the same plane. Alexandra Ávila on vocals, Carlos Garcia on piano and Gonçalo Sousa on harmonica work with island melodies and memories through an unusual lineup. The trio crosses traditional repertoire with improvisation and their own arrangements, seeking to preserve the identity of the songs without closing them into a historical reproduction. The result brings together Azorean music, jazz language and contemporary listening. 📅 Date: Friday, October 9, 2026 ⏰ Time: 9:00 PM 📍 Location: Cossoul, Rua Nova da Piedade 66, 1200-299 Lisbon, Portugal 💸 Tickets: €10 🎟️ Tickets / official page: COSSOUL Discover more events in Lisbon: Lisbon Events Agenda: what to do today and this weekend See the complete calendar of events in Lisbon: Lisbon Events Agenda: what to do today and this weekend Discover what to do this weekend in Lisbon: What to do this Weekend in Lisbon Explore Lisbon's children's agenda: Lisbon Children's Agenda: activities for chil
