The 14th edition of the Festival Cantabile brings chamber music to several venues in Lisbon (and one in Setúbal) between 26 September and 6 October, with works from Beethoven to Shostakovich and the collaboration of the Orquestra Metropolitana de Lisboa.

The 14th edition of the Festival Cantabile promises to make Lisboners fall in love with chamber music. First presented in 2010 with artistic direction by Diemut Poppen, the Festival Cantabile is back with concerts in several venues in the capital (and one in Setúbal), as well as collaborations with the Orquestra Metropolitana de Lisboa. O Cantabile, 'the art of chamber music', offers a variety of classical and modern repertoires, linking eras and crossing works by the masters of the past with contemporary composers.
