With IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 races, the course links Praia da Ribeira to Cascais Bay, in a setting combining sea, mountains and heritage. The programme runs from 14 to 18 October and includes moments such as the Night Run, the Parade of Nations and the awards ceremony. The event brings together thousands of athletes and visitors, with a significant impact on the sporting and tourist life of the municipality.
