Tavares «The Constitution of a country is a straight line that, even at night, is visible and illuminates the path of the many and the few: of the many and of the one alone.» What is the Constitution? What text is that which unites us all, we who are so different from each other? Can this fundamental law of the country, written more than fifty years ago, continue to echo in what we are today? Can a Constitution be as immovable as a mountain, if the essential condition of a Constitution must be to pursue utopia?
