Sinopse Emma decide internar-se num centro de reabilitação ao aperceber-se dos limites a que chegou a sua vida, devido à sua dependência. Lá dentro, encontra um grupo de gente que a compreende mais do que ela possa imaginar, com quem se digladiará, até entender que a luta é consigo mesma, profunda e sem caminho de volta. Embora seja atriz, Emma não consegue encontrar forma de enfrentar cada momento presente, ao contrário da mestria com que o faz quando representa uma personagem. A recuperação dependerá da sua decisão em assumir responsabilidade, distinguir a verdade da construção ilusória, e embater de frente com os seus abismos interiores. Uma peça que parece ser sobre adição transforma-se numa reflexão sobre a solidão de uma sociedade perdida de sentido e de pertença, ao mesmo tempo que desenha um imenso elogio ao teatro, à terapia e ao encontro dos afetos, como lugares de transformação libertadora e revolucionária.
