At CAM, Diogo Pimentão presents sculptural drawing works resulting from a performative action carried out in the exhibition space by the artist himself, with French dancer and choreographer Emmanuel Eggermont, challenging the traditional limits of drawing.

The practice and the redefinition of drawing are the central axis of Diogo Pimentão's work. Using mainly paper and graphite, sometimes in combination with cement, acrylic plaster or wood, and also creating video and performance, the artist's works challenge the traditional limits of the discipline. At CAM, Pimentão presents sculptural drawing works that result from a performative action carried out in the exhibition space by the artist himself, with French dancer and choreographer Emmanuel Eggermont.

A prática e a redefinição do desenho são o eixo central do trabalho de Diogo Pimentão. Utilizando principalmente papel e grafite, por vezes em combinação com cimento, gesso acrílico ou madeira, e realizando também vídeo e performance, as obras do artista desafiam os limites tradicionais da disciplina. No CAM, Pimentão apresenta obras de desenho escultórico que resultam de uma ação performativa realizada no espaço expositivo pelo próprio artista, com o bailarino e coreógrafo francês Emmanuel Eggermont.
