Agnes Nunes stands out on the contemporary Brazilian scene with her natural, almost innocent way of blending the inseparable MPB with forró and blues. Self-taught and a storyteller, Agnes has caught the attention of artists such as Caetano Veloso and Criolo, and her captivating voice has earned her collaborations with countless musicians from more or less distinct universes. But what stays with you is always the warmth her songs bring, endowed with a therapeutic sensitivity and accompanied by rhythm and novelty. With sold-out tours and standout performances at festivals such as Lollapalooza Brasil and Rock in Rio, she returns to Europe for a tour that Casa Capitão is delighted to host.
