Kate Zubok guides the practice and the music carries it: breath, movement, and a sound journey that builds and then lands. Led by Kate Zubok, an international DJ, music producer, free diver and yogi who combined her three passions in one immersive practice. No experience needed. Come as you are, and arrive a little early so the room is settled when it starts. Every Wednesday at TEJÁ House, right on the riverside in Cais do Sodré.
