Postcards, a key name in the Lebanese alternative scene, present their latest album 'Ripe' in a concert at Rés do Chão da Casa Capitão on March 15.

Full details

Postcards are one of the main references of the Lebanese alternative scene. Together since 2012, they have released five albums, translating a particularly turbulent period in the history of their home country into raw and melancholic songs, halfway between dreamy pop and some shoegaze. On their most recent album, 'Ripe', from last year, the trio of Julia Sabra (voice, guitar, electronics), Marwan Tohme (guitar, bass) and Pascal Semerdjian (drums) sounds looser, simultaneously vulnerable and sharp. We can't wait to hear their songs on March 15 at Rés do Chão da Casa Capitão.
