In this activity, children discover how a small garden can transform a city through the reading of Peter Brown's “The Curious Garden”, and explore the Community Garden with their five senses, including sensory boxes and nature observation challenges.

In the Nature Drawing Workshop, participants learn to use field drawing as an observation tool, exploring contrast, shape and texture, with no previous experience required, and leave with a notebook of new sketches.

In this workshop, open to all and led by the Florestas na Cidade project, participants explore the garden in the face of climate change, identifying challenges and opportunities, and co-create nature-based solutions to make it more resilient and biodiverse.
