At CAM, Diogo Pimentão presents sculptural drawing works resulting from a performative action carried out in the exhibition space by the artist himself, with French dancer and choreographer Emmanuel Eggermont. His practice focuses on redefining drawing, using paper, graphite and other materials.

The practice and redefinition of drawing are the central axis of Diogo Pimentão's work. Using mainly paper and graphite, sometimes in combination with cement, acrylic plaster or wood, and also producing video and performance, the artist's works challenge the traditional limits of the discipline. At CAM, Pimentão presents sculptural drawing works that result from a performative action carried out in the exhibition space by the artist himself, with the French dancer and choreographer Emmanuel Eggermont.
