A documentary about Dimitri, a photographer gradually losing his sight, as he captures the world around him.

Synopsis La face cachée de la terre Arnaud Alain (France, 2026, 68’) Doc. Original in French, subtitled in English. M/16 Dimitri loves photographing the people around him. But for years now, the images have been fading from his vision. He knows that one day he will stop seeing. The documentary follows him through the streets of Paris, New York, and other places; as he captures his subjects, the camera captures him. Along the way, the filmmaker and his protagonist meet friends, including Pierre, who lost his sight twenty years ago, but also lovers and strangers, encountered by chance or during a photo session.
