Comedy based on the RuPaul's Drag Race phenomenon, with RuPaul as the US President, and Ginger Minj and Jujubee as hostesses trying to save passengers on a luxury train. A parody of 70s disaster movies, with references to Airplane! and Assault on Precinct 13.

M/16 A phenomenon since it emerged in 2009, it's not surprising that RuPaul's Drag Race jumps to cinema this year, under the hand of Adam Shankman, in this hilarious Stop! That! Train!, with clear roots in 70s disaster movies and direct reference to Airplane! from 1980. RuPaul has a role tailored to him as Judy Gagwell, the US President, who has some of the most successful moments alongside Matt Rogers, who plays her faithful assistant, notably when her popularity drops to “Lea Michele 2020” levels. But the engine of the film is the irreproachable Ginger Minj and Jujubee, as Tess and DeeDee, hostesses who seize the opportunity to work on the luxurious Glamazonian Express. There, besides clashing with their archenemy Amber (Brooke Lynn Hytes), the train faces a “stormaganza” and the duo finds themselves tasked with saving passengers, not without room for a love story between DeeDee and Cal, the engineer, whom she had coveted since seeing him in the magazine Conductors We Want to See the Dick Of. If we need more references, Assault on Precinct 13 is a worthy reference for when RuPaul finally descends from the heavens to rescue everyone.
