Introduction to sumi-e painting workshop with Mami Higuchi, where participants practice basic brushstrokes and draw bamboo and other elements.

Brief Introduction INTRODUCTION TO SUMI-E PAINTING WORKSHOP With Mami Higuchi DATE | Saturday | October 10 TIME | 10:30 am - 12:30 pm PARTICIPANTS | Min. 12 Max. 20 PRICE | €25 (materials included) Sumi-e is a painting that allows a simple but delicate expression, making full use of shading, blurring, bleeding, gradation and the intensity of the impulse when loading the brush. The images and ink, which are drawn simply, convey the depth of nature and life, sadness, "wabi-sabi", silence and simplicity, capturing the viewer's heart. In this workshop, we practice basic brushstrokes and draw bamboo, and other elements.
