The Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra Vienna performs a program of Viennese waltzes and operettas in Lisbon on September 27 and October 2. Tickets range from €45 to €70.

Over nearly 30 years, the Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra Vienna has personified the musical tradition of its city. Founded in 1997, it dedicates itself to the timeless repertoire of the Austrian capital, from the elegance of Haydn and Mozart to the iconic waltzes and polkas of the Strauss dynasty. On September 27 and October 2, the orchestra brings the unmistakable sound of Vienna to Lisbon. Under the title From Strauss to Léhar, An Evening Through Vienna’s Golden Age, it presents a selection of waltzes, polkas, and operetta excerpts by Johann Strauss, Carl Millöcker, Franz Lehár, Hans Christian Lumbye, and Carl Michael Ziehrer, performed with the charm that defines the Viennese tradition. €45 to €70 classical.
