Rapper Lute, from Dreamville, makes his Portuguese debut at Casa Capitão with his soul-infused, dirty south style.

There are no seated or assigned places at Casa Capitão concerts. To guarantee a good position in front of the stage, it's best to arrive early. And be ready to stand for one or two hours. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Lute has been part of Dreamville since 2015, after J. Cole discovered his work at a time when his relationship with music was going through a moment of doubt. That meeting was a turning point and the beginning of a path that would take him much further. Since then, Lute has built a solid path inside and outside the label. “West 1996 Pt. 2”, “Gold Mouf” and, more recently, “HARD TO REACH” show a rapper with a very special identity and strong ties to the Soul tradition and the roots of Dirty South. J.I.D, Ari Lennox, Saba, Westside Boogie, BJ The Chicago Kid or Little Brother are just some of the names that cross his discography, a list that helps to understand the space Lute occupies between different generations and different artistic expressions. It was also in the Dreamville universe that the track that gave his name an unprecedented reach arrived: “Under the Sun”. Lute, J. Cole, DaBaby and Kendrick Lamar in one of the label's greatest records and the moment of greatest exposure in his career. Hard to reach. Harder to overlook.
