A guided visit revealing the history of the collection, palace, and residents of Cascais's oldest museum, which opened in 1931, suitable for all school levels.

The Condes de Castro Guimarães Museum is the oldest museum in Cascais. In 1924, the Count of Castro Guimarães bequeathed in his will to the town of Cascais the house and all its artistic and bibliographic contents, to establish a municipal museum and a public library. It was inaugurated on July 12, 1931. This visit reveals the history of the collection, the palace, and the residents of this space, one of the most emblematic cultural facilities in the municipality.
