Permanent Exhibition: " Portuguese Presence in Asia " [Floor 1] With more than 3400 pieces, this collection includes Chinese and Japanese screens from the 17th and 18th centuries and a core of armorial porcelain from the East India Company. Temporary exhibitions: Japan: Festivals and Rituals" [Floor 2] Until January 3, 2027 Throughout the year, numerous traditional festivals and rituals of a religious nature take place in Japan, of great social and cultural importance. Gathering more than 1500 pieces in an impressive scenography, Japan: Festivals and Rituals reveals these celebrations and their role in Japanese society.
