Workshop on body, drawing and manifesto posters for ages 10-16, exploring how to express ourselves in an unstable world.

Synopsis Program Mission: Democracy Workshop on Body, Drawing and Manifesto Posters Target audience: Ages 10 to 16 Bruno Mantraste and Clara Bevilaqua How do we express ourselves in an unstable world? How can we move on constantly shifting ground? Between unstable structures, words, gestures and protest posters, like skateboarders, we will play with balance and imbalance. Seeking ways to be together, claim desires and imagine other possibilities of participation in common space. Based on the book Voltas e Reviravoltas, from the Mission Democracy collection, this workshop invites us to experiment with new words and forms for what we call citizenship. Clara, dancer, and Mantraste, illustrator of the book, propose an encounter between body and drawing, where manifesto posters will be created while bodies move, lose balance and find support in the collective.
