A tour through the spaces of the old Tejo Power Station, built in 1908, where original machinery in perfect condition sets the scene for the story of this former factory and the evolution of electricity towards renewable energies.

A visit that runs through several spaces of the old Central Tejo, the thermoelectric power station built in 1908 that supplied the whole of the Lisbon region with electricity. Among original machinery, in a perfect state of conservation, the story of this old factory is told, as well as the evolution of electricity up to renewable energies. Every day (except Tuesday), at 13h30 and 17h. Free visit upon presentation of a museum entrance ticket.
