Visit MUDE - Design Museum's permanent and temporary exhibitions with a combined ticket. The museum occupies a historic building in Baixa Pombalina and holds a collection of 35,000 design items.

Synopsis Due to maintenance of the museum space, online sales are suspended from July 7, 2026 to July 19, 2026. However, tickets can be purchased at the local box office. MUDE, Design Museum, is a museum of the Lisbon City Council established in 2006. Dedicated to all expressions of design, the collection currently consists of 35,000 inventory entries, organized into 24 collections and 6 cores (Stage; Editorial; Graphic; Contemporary Jewellery; Fashion; Product, including Interiors). The Museum occupies the entire block of the former headquarters of the Banco Nacional Ultramarino (BNU), formed by Rua Augusta, Rua da Prata, Rua de São Julião and Rua do Comércio. In the heart of Baixa Pombalina, the historic center rebuilt according to the plan of the Marquis of Pombal after the 1755 earthquake, MUDE has 8 floors and a total area of almost 14,000 m², with five galleries for the exhibition of the Museum's collection and the presentation of temporary exhibitions and spaces for education, research, study, debate, creation, socializing and leisure. Its full reopening in 2024 also contributed to the cultural and identity revitalization of the center of Lisbon. The combined ticket allows you to visit all exhibitions on display. Opening Hours Summer hours: (April to September) Tuesday to Thursday: 10h - 19h Friday and Saturday: 10h - 21h Sunday: 10h - 19h Winter hours: (October to March) Tuesday to Thursday: 10h - 18h Friday and Saturday: 10h - 20h Sunday: 10h - 18h The museum is closed on Mondays, December 25 and January 1.
