CURRY With Edgar Bragança DATE | Saturday | 28 November TIME | 2 PM to 6 PM PARTICIPANTS | Min. 12, Max. 16 PRICE | €45 [includes tasting] This workshop proposes to create/develop/make a curry recipe together with the participants, where each and everyone will contribute, whether it be experience, sensitivity, or creativity. It will be a dynamic and interactive training conducted in a pedagogical showcooking perspective where at the end, each participant will have the opportunity to do a small tasting. In this workshop, participants will also have the opportunity to learn about various spices commonly used in the preparation of curries and some artisanal blends prepared by the instructor. He was born in Africa, but with his roots in Asia, he has traveled through several countries in the world in his quest for knowledge and experiences related to the magic of food. Living in Portugal for over 45 years, he created 8 years ago the brand “World Massala, Food with (C)Alma” an author's cuisine of international ethnic inspiration, with special focus on Goa, India, Pakistan, Nepal among others. Head Chef of “World Massala, Food with (C)Alma”, his training in this area includes the Professional Training Center for the Food Sector, he is Certified Master Herbs Spices Spice Acredited, Udemy, USA; he took the Course of Cocina de la India, Vegan, Lactose-Free and Gluten-Free, Cook Plante, Spain.
