Braga's Travo present their brand-new 'Wasteland' live, a record that amplifies the heavy, trashy, half-progressive psychedelic rock of 'Astromorph Gods' with expansive guitar leads, galloping rhythms and cascades of fuzz. Doors open at 20:30; entry is 10€.

Brief Introduction Travo From their humble and sweaty garage beginnings, sweeping lo-fi psych dust off the carpet, to their rise to imposing festival stages such as Trans Musicales or Eurosonic and an appearance on KEXP, the gradual recognition this quartet from Braga has earned over the last decade has been won through grit and bravura, in step with their own evolution. Or, in other words, through the creation of an increasingly distinct and self-assured identity. Natural, but never easy. Ever more distant from the sphere of influence of bands like Slift or King Gizzard & The Lizard, the band made up of David Ferreira, Gonçalo Carneiro, Gonçalo Ferreira and David Ferreira revealed, quite incisively, the intensity of their heavy, trashy, half-progressive psychedelic rock with the release of the celebrated 'Astromorph God' in 2025, after the laminating process carried out on 'Ano Luz' and 'Sinking Creation'. On that upward curve, Travo now present the brand-new 'Wasteland', a record that amplifies the stellar projections of 'Astromorph Gods' to a melting point where expansive guitar leads, galloping rhythms, cascades of fuzz, spectral synth passages, wah wah deliriums, echoes and vocal melodies somewhere between the scream and 70s memorabilia crystallise into a blow as physical in its sonic musculature as it is open to mental reveries.
