Lisbon City Council presents an exhibition tracing four decades of the paving and gardening schools, celebrating the training of professionals and the appreciation of Portuguese pavement art and the city's gardens as places of inclusion and learning.

The exhibition Timeline, 40 Years of the Paving and Gardening Schools, presented by Lisbon City Council, spans four decades of training, practice and commitment to public space. Between teaching, internships, projects and environmental awareness actions, a continuous effort emerges in the qualification of professionals and in the appreciation of the Calçada Portuguesa and the city's gardens. More than schools, these spaces affirm themselves as places of inclusion and learning at each person's own pace, promoting equal opportunities. Since 1986, they have also been opening up to the community, with initiatives accessible to the public. The exhibition celebrates this journey and clearly and visually reveals the impact of work that shapes Lisbon every day. ARV. Monday to Sunday, from 6.30am to 10pm.
