The evening unfolds in three acts, with dishes from the new autumn menu served in a sharing format. ACT I: Cold starters. An opening journey of vibrant flavours, textures and small discoveries. ACT II: Warm plates. Generous, comforting dishes designed to be shared. ACT III: The Siren Song. As the highlight of the evening, Mads Paige, the nomadic pirate herself, brings an intimate musical experience filled with storytelling about life, love, loss and philosophy. A feast for the senses.
