Drawing from the Julião Sarmento Collection, the exhibition reflects on the enduring influence of the American imaginary on contemporary art, bringing together works by artists such as Bruce Nauman, Ed Ruscha and Nan Goldin, and includes Rita McBride's sculpture Arena.
