The auéééu company turns Büchner's unfinished Woyzeck into a dystopian scientific laboratory where humanoid machines serve progress up to a femicide, in a visually striking show.

Synopsis Georg Büchner died at 23, in 1837, and never finished Woyzeck, one of the plays that herald modern theatre. It is an unfinished and fragmentary text. That is also why it is an open field for multiple possibilities. The problem the auéééu chose to tackle relates to the vocation of patriarchal power to act according to the laws of scientific progress, on the one hand, and, on the other, its evident and catastrophic consequences. On stage, a scientific laboratory is created where humanoid machines obey an artificial order of intelligence that is not governed by ethical values.
