Contemporary dance and improvisation workshop for young people aged 12 to 30, with or without experience, exploring contact improvisation and choreographic composition techniques.

Workshop aimed at young people aged 12 to 30, with or without previous experience, where contemporary dance techniques, contact improvisation and choreographic composition tools are worked on. Body movement is explored with exercises that increase body and postural awareness. The use of the body in space is developed through improvisation and creative work. Each person's physical and emotional characteristics are welcomed and worked on for group harmony. Values: - Registration: 15€ (Personal Accident Insurance is mandatory and included in the registration fee). - Monthly fees from October 2026 to June 2027: 45€ (9 monthly installments).
