A guided visit to the Monastery of São Vicente, today the seat of the Patriarchate of Lisbon, home to one of the world's finest 19th-century tile collections — including the Fables of La Fontaine — the Pantheons of the Royal House of Bragança and of the Patriarchs, and one of the loveliest views over the city and the Tagus. Tours on 29 March and 19 April at 10h30, advance booking required.

The Monastery of São Vicente, a Property of Public Interest (not covering the surrounding grounds), today the seat of the Patriarchate of Lisbon, houses one of the most beautiful 19th-century tile collections in the world, with the Fables of La Fontaine standing out. Inside are the Pantheons of the Royal House of Bragança and of the Patriarchs of Lisbon, and the Museum of the Patriarchate. From the Church terrace you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the city and the Tagus. Visits on 29 March and 19 April, at 10h30. Advance booking | [email protected].
