The Museum of Lisbon invites the most curious to take part in a workshop inspired by the world of television programmes, but with a very special twist: we are in Ancient Rome! What did the Romans eat? How did they cook without a stove? Were there also snacks and desserts? In this hands-on and creative experience, participants become true Roman chefs, exploring surprising ingredients, historical recipes and gastronomic curiosities from two thousand years ago. All of this with team spirit, creativity and a touch of showmanship! At the end, each apprentice takes home a “Roman-style cookbook” to keep surprising everyone at home. It's time to put on the toga and step into this kitchen of the past!
